Question: HELP!!!!!!!!!hurt knee dont know what to do about p!.e!.!?

I tore a ligament last year and it hurts really bad i think its tearing again but my parents dont care and dont take me to the doc in pe it really hurts expecially when i run please tell me what to do and my coach wont let you sit out unless you have a note and after 3 days you need a docs note TELL ME WHAT TO DO SOON!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
