I need some sleep! any ideas?!


Question: I need some sleep! any ideas!?
im so tired all of the time!. and going to school literally drains me of energy!. im always on the move and doing stuff!.!.!. but i need a way to get more engery!. engery drinks are out of the question!.!.!. i even sleep all night, but then when i wake up, it feels like i havent sleep at all, when i actually slept for around 9 hours!. how can i get mroe energy, and not feel so tired!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

- try sleeping at least 9 hours every night, keep it consistent
- in the morning, before you go to school!.!. do you eat breakfast!? if you don't!.!. i highly suggest that you do, it really helps!! well for me anyway lol
try cereals, toast, oatmeal!.!.

you need to go to the doctor and get checked out!. you may have a disorder!. there are more factors that play a role in your tiredness, not just how much you sleep!. ask for a blood test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to much sleep makes you tireder than you were before you laid down!. 8 hours is more than enough !.exercise before you start your day helps the body get ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
