Answers:
You could help your wallet by not buying expansive and useless cold cures! Use simple paracetamol and regular fluids and the cold will go away on its own in its own time I am afraid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a decongestant from the pharmacy, it will help get rid of all that bunged up stuff in your sinuses and help you breathe better!.

Lemsip is shyte, it does nothing!. Get day nurse and night nurse, that stuff is ace!. It even has something in the night capsules that makes you drowsy so you can sleep better at night even though your achy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because of the stuffiness, I would suggest you get a neti pot!. It sounds kind of gross, but works really well!. You will use a warm saline solution to gently clean out the nasal passages!. You can get one at a health food store along with complete, easy to use instructions!. I would also suggest you take some probiotics from the store as well in double or triple doses!. Best wishes to You!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, there are no cure for virus's and indeed no way to speed them up!. Just get plenty of rest, push fluid intake and take paracetamol for pain!. Drink warm drinks which will soothe your throat!. I've used night-nurse the odd time, it does come in a syrup!. Must remember never to take any other paracetamol containing products in conjunction with that though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it cant be a bad head cold if your only using 5 tissues an hour!.!. try putting some vic in a bowl then put a bit of boiling water on it and stir!. then put a towel over your head and bowl and breath in slowly though your noseWww@Answer-Health@Com
