My legs hurt so bad, that on a scale from 1-10, its a 12!!?!


Question: My legs hurt so bad, that on a scale from 1-10, its a 12!!!?
I've done everything I can possible do to ease the pain of shin splints!. Got new shoes, got a brace, slowed down running to every other day, stopped running all together!.

Right now it feels like someone just smashed both of my shins with a hammer! They are just throbbing sitting here, and when I put weight on them, it makes it even worse! I've had them since July!.

What else can I do to ease this pain!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

shin splints are actually tiny fractures in the bone on the front of your leg!. you need to stop running and allow the bones time to heal!. try getting mroe calcium and potassium in your body!. pointing and flexing your legs, mind you i understand it will hurt, will help loosen up the muscles and allow your shins to heal!. hot bath for you! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
