I have some pain in my leg?!
Question: I have some pain in my leg!?
I have a pain in my leg that sometimes starts at my hip and shoots down to my knee and then to my achilles!. and sometimes it just starts at my knee!. Its shooting pain somtimes i can't walk!. (i can't think of a time i would've sprained it i'm not a very active person, but its been going on for about 3 days now!. i've had problems with my knees before but not my whole leg!.) does anyone know what thats about!?

sounds like a charlie horse!.!. try stretching more often and walking a lot!.
well then im not sure!.!. but i think massaging the leg and stretching(with one of those long band things) it will help relax the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
