Tuck's Suppositories at used at bed time
ointment on outside
Tuck's Medicated wipes when you go to bathroom to wipe with (They're a whole lot easier on you!)
Sitting in a tub of hot water as often as you can for at least fives minutes will help tremendously!.

You might need to put some on the inside too since this is where they usually come from!. I think it helps the swelling faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
