Question: What is the point of an answering service if they don't take messages!?
i work for a medical supplier and frequently have to call dr's offices to obtain prescription information!. i have been both surprised and annoyed to find out that they use an after-hours answering service that doesn't take messages!. what, pray tell, is the bloody point of an answering service that doesn't take messages!? wouldn't it be both cheaper and more logical to get an answering machine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL how retarded is that!? I totally agree!. I don't know if an answering machine will only hold x amount of messages, but there has to be some sort of system that can store quite a bit!.
