Question: I cant sleep at all!. ive tried and tried!.!?
anyone know an easy way to get to sleep its driving me mad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try staying up for the entire ext day then sending yourself to bed at 10pm the next d- if it doesnt work, stay up for 2 days!. You will feel tierd after that and you will be able to sleep then, promise!

But for a aster soloution, read a non exiting book, like a soppy romance or somethig with no real action or thrill, do not turn on te tv and do not use the computer, they will all over stimulate you and keep you awake!

Make yourself a warm milky drink, it can help

try to work out if anything is keeping you awake- eg anxiety or stress or exitement, write it down, promise yourself you will deal with it tomorrow, but not right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried NyQuil or Tylenol PM or anything like that!? Also try not to spend any time in your bed other than when you are intending to sleep, don't drink coffe or anything caffeinated, reduce stress and anxiety etc!. I have had this same problem for years!. The only thing that works for me is nearly overdosing on some over the counter sleep aid, but PLEASE don't do that, just try taking the recommended dose and go from there!. Be like me and stop trying the secret is not to panic you will get sleepy in time meanwhile answer a few questions here for a while pick up a boring book or just turn the tv on with the volume low and lie on the sofa sometimes a warm drink will help
But if your problems are playing around and around in your brain you really need some switch of and maybe if its night after night and not just a one off then a visit to your gp who may prescribe a short term solution of something like vallium for a couple of nights just to kick start your sleeping pattern again

The best bet is to go to your doctor and have him/her get to the root of the problem!. Trying to diagnose it yourself or let others decide for you is the best way to cause yourself more problems!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem but have had it a couple of years, it may be insomnia, which is what i have!.
if its not take a sleeping tablet, or take a hot bath an hour before bed and wind down :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

i guess its the wrong time of night to ask this, only insomniacs are up!.!.!. i dunno, i am one, lay still until you fall asleep!? take a bath!? warm milk!? got me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

best option is to drink a cup of chamomile tea!. Put two tea bags in there and u'll sleep like u've worked 4 ten yrs non-stop! It worked for me good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
