Question: Ideal Tranist time / going to the loo!?
I went on a fast that included the intake of water only for a full 48 hrs!. By the 3rd day i went a No!.2 if you know what i mean, so after 55 hrs!.
On the fast i had no idea this was still inside me!. What can you tell me about the way my body is working!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless you are given strong laxatives off a Dr to clear your bowels i!.e!. as a pre-op, they won't be 'empty' as there is always something of a waste product left over!.
Bear in mind your bowels can be up to 30 feet in length in adults, so all that would take a while to be completely empty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
