What would cause charlie horse like cramps in my lower abdomen!? Theyre so sharp! A month ago I had a laparascopic operation to remove my appendix and to drain a 4cm cyst on my left ovary!.!.!.

Honestly, it is possible that you have another cyst!. I have had similar symptoms in the past from my right ovary (along with pain) that landed me in the hospital!. I know that some cysts can cause pressure sensations or pain if it is too large!. I realize this is probably not what you want to hear but you definitely should go get this checked out ASAP!. You should go see the doctor!. If they can't get you in soon enough just go to the hospital!. Don't just let it go on for too long without doing anything cause that might make it worse!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
