Why do my arms and hands go numb after a short amount of time?!
Question: Why do my arms and hands go numb after a short amount of time!?
I loose the feeling in my arms and hands after doing simple tasks through out the day!. Like Driving with one hand on the wheel,playing guitar even typing on the computer after only 5 min or so!?!? What causes this!?!? Is it poor circulation!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same thing and since asking the same question found out that lots of normal healthy people are having it also!. The best answer I got was poor circulation, and to go to a chiropractor or a massage therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll bet you're tight in the shoulders!. If you get a good massage and have them concentrate on your upper back and shoulders, I'll bet your problem will go away!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
