Is it normal for my tongue to hurt so much after piercing? ?!

I did my research online and asked some of my friends who had thier tongues pierced, and they all told me that they didnt feel it go in, and they only had minor swelling they next day!. The man that pierced my tongue was surprised that i yelped when he put the needle through!. my friend got it done the same day as me and now, 3 days later, hers is not swollen at all and does not hurt, whereas mine still hurts very badly and is swollen!. i take ibuprofen for pain and swelling and the pain goes away only for an hour or so!. im guessing its just that i have a low pain tolerance!. i take vitamins and am very healthy and i use mouthrinse that has been diluted!.

also, right after getting it done, i became very dizzy, and faint, and sat down!. when we got up to leave, my eyesight went wierd!. my eyes only saw white, and some colors, my friends said my whole face including my lips were pure white!. when i walked outside, i made it four steps and then fell down into the ground and i became very confused and didnt know where i was or who i was with!. they were about to take me to the emergency room, but when i layed my head on the dashboard of the car, my eyesight went normal, and all the color returned to my face and i was fine!. i felt like i was drunk/high!. whats with that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
