Question: Both of my arms and hands go numb a lot!?
especially at night or when I am driving, they tingle and go numb and I have to really shake them hard and wake them up!. What are some things that could be causing this!? Been going on for 6 or 8 months!. I don't have insurance right now and can't go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your self to a Muscular / Massage Therapist who will work the muscles of the neck, shoulders & arms!. Impinged nerves is what causes numbness and tingling and there are numerous muscles that could be causing this!.
Discuss this with your therapist and he/she should know exactly what to treat!. Repeat visits may be in order but you must realize that muscles have layers and these layers need to be worked through for your recovery!.

Hmmmm once in a while I find my hands go numb, but they come back to normal right away!. I would look at web md to to see if those are certain symptoms!. For now I would just say to start with the basics!. Do you drink enough water throughout the day!? Eat regularly throughout the day!? Exercise or just any type of activity like maybe taking a break and going for a walk!. If it isn't getting any better then unfortunately you may have to suck it up and go see a doctor!. You don't want to mess with your health!. Maybe they will need to do blood tests, etc!. Hope you feel better! Www@Answer-Health@Com
