Question: Advice on how to prevent muscle tears and strains!?
i played varisty football and never hurt myself!. i joined track and pulled my hamstring, ever since then ive continuously torn muscles!. almost needed surgery on it!. im not some dumb kid without knowledge of my body!. but are there any foods or anything in my diet that could be affecting it!? or how do u think i can avoid it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. and ive tried stretching a lot!. and ive also done very legitimate warm-upsWww@Answer-Health@Com

stretching and LOTS of WATER!!!!!Water at least a gallon a day if you are very active along with your stretching routine!.keep an empty plastic milk carton full of water and try and finish it through out the day from the moment you wake up till the time you go to bed through heavy training periods!.Hydration is key to your muscle, seriously what do you think there mostly made up of!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
