Answers:
You could be dehydrated!.
If you are taking any pills that maybe a reason!.
If you are not taking enough nutrition's or too much!.
-Try eating banana skin, it may sound horrible but it has been proved to be effective!.
-Try pressing something cold on your forehead and neck!.
-Massage the ears and ear lobes as well as the neck!.
-Get some fresh air, hot surroundings can give your brain pressure!.
-Eat foods that contain zinc, i!.e lean meats!.
And the last one is a very common one, RELAAAAX!.
Hope this helped :)

You may need a night guard, to wear on your teeth at night!. People often grit or grind their teeth and don't realize it, but a headache can result!. (Esp one that feels like it starts at the back base of the neck!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
