What Could Be Wrong With My Wife?!

Question: What Could Be Wrong With My Wife!?
My wife right now is in Poland, last week she was sick, (normal cold sneezing stuffy nose, fever) Today she was walking to the store and out of nowhere she started having chest pains and could not take deep breaths because it hurt too much!. She said that it lasted 15 mins and that was it!. She went to the doctors but the nurse said that she could not be seen until Friday (Poland isn't like the United States or G!.B where if someone comes in with chest pains they are seen right away)!.
Anyways I told her to take it easy, take some aspirin (just in case)!.

She is a medium smoker 1/2 pack a day, 21 years old, over all normally healthy!. But she is not active as in sports!. She goes for walks a couple times a week with her mother and dances on weekends with her girlfriends, but that is all the activity!. Just thought it might help!. She was also "not" dizzy at all!. Just chest pains and shortness of breath that last 15 mins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say you gave her the best advice!. The other thing is she probably should stop smoking until she can be seen!. Stay home and rest, and try to stay stress free until she can be seen!. Tell her to try not to worry and keep her feet up as much as possible!. No drinking any alcohol, liquor or caffiene just plenty of water and juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps bronchitis or pneumonia!? Sometimes a cold can travel down the respiratory tract and cause them!. It could also have been a panic or asthma attack!. The doctor is probably the best thing!. She should also try to limit her smoking and avoid exercise until she gets to that doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds Like she may be having Anxiety or panic attacks!.!.!. She should mention this to her Dr!. when she goes, there are Medications for this!. Tell her not to worry so much about it!. As they tend to happen with stress!. Best of luck!. hope this helps!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

She has a respiratory infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be "wet" or "dry" pleurisy!. Pleurisy is an inflammation of the pleura which surrounds the lungs!. If it's "wet" that means there's fluid building up between the pleura and the lung!. If it's "dry" it means the pleura is rubbing up against the lung!. It CAN be very painful and difficult to take a deep breath and breathe; only shallow breathing is possible!. I would probably take some aspirin to help; which they also recommend during heart attacks!. If it's pleurisy ("wet" or "dry"), it's NOT life-threatening ! But she SHOULD see a doctor!. !. !. !.just to be on the safe side !Www@Answer-Health@Com
