Answers:
You get cramps from the high amounts of lactic acid that is released when the muscles in your body are deprived of oxygen so taking deep breaths by Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth!. Monitoring how you breath while running is a good way to help keep the cramps away or stop them!.

Another thing is having a good stretch routine before you run and every practice or workout before the big run!. Hydrating yourself thoroughly before you run and if you can during the run is key as well!.

If you get a cramp while running, try to stretch it and/or put pressure on it until it subsides!.

Hope that helped!.

when u run keep a steady pace!. breath in through ur nose out through ur mouth its hard to do this cuz im used to breathing in from my mouth and out from my mouth when im like pushing myself really hard but it helps the cramps!. also dont eat or drink a lot of water befor runs!. just eat a banana cuz the potassium helps the cramps!.!.!.if u dont mind looking like a dork u could raise ur arms above ur head and breath in through your nose and out through ur mouth slowly when u get a cramp also stretch out really good before u run
good luck on the mile

stretching helps!. Make sure you really stretch out your side before you run!. It usually goes away once your body gets used to the running but in the meantime, stretch!. (arms clasped and extended over head, lean slightly to side, until you feel stretch, hold 30 sec)Www@Answer-Health@Com

breath though your nose not your mouthWww@Answer-Health@Com
