What's the issue with my muscle?!

Question: What's the issue with my muscle!?
Okay so yesterday I went to my gym class (weight training) and I did about 3 sets of 12 with 35 on each side!. I started with that!. I didn't bench in about half a year but my chest wasn't the problem!. My left hand is killing me!. It hurts right above the elbow around the tricep area and downward to my elbow but it doesn't hurt my elbow!.

My right arm hurts like that too but not as much!.

It hurts when I bend my arm, like, it's tough to touch my nose with my index finger, it hurts but I can do it, and when I extend my arm fully!.

Did I pull my muscle!? Or is it sore, because I've never had such a pain with soreness, but like I imagine my chest would be sore not my hand!.!.!. :\

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
More than likely it is just sore!. There is a muscle called the Anconeus which is located in the area you are discribing!. While the weight may not have been that much compared to what you were doing it was a while since the last session!. Use ice on the area and instead of resting the arm use it!. I don't mean do lifting but use the arm!. The muscles will react in a positive way!. The movement will help milk out the byproducts of the lifting session and help in repairing any torn muscle fibers!. In a day or two it should start to feel more normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the weight might be putting stress on your hand/arms!.!.!.especially since you haven't done this in half a year right!? Reduce the weight to warm up your arms to the exercise again!. And if it doesn't help, ask your doctor! Sorry, that's all i can think of!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
