Anybody know why this is happening?!

Question: Anybody know why this is happening!?
Once in awhile, when i walk to class in the mornings, my calves will start to hurt really bad!. Even if i dont walk up hills, they will start to hurt!. Im not really sure why!? Ive tried stretching them before i leave to go anywhere, and it just doesnt seem to work!? Sometimes the pain gets so bad, it literally feels like they are going to burst, and there have been a few times where its hurt so bad that i had a very difficult time even picking up my feet!. If anybody has any advice for me, it would be appreciated!? Or if anybody would know what would cause this!? Thanks! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
just stretch them thats all i can tell u!. wen u stretch, hold the stretch for atleast 30 seconds, and do it often!. if it doesnt go away, u may need new shoes, or u may need potassium!. eat a banana and drink lotsa fluids!. for the pain and inflammation, ibuprofin may help, but dnt always rely on drugs cuz ur body will become immune to them so wen u rlly need them they wont work!. best of luck : ) Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could either have a potassium problem which you can fix by eating bananas!. Or you can be dehydrated!. The more yellow your pea is the more you are dehydrated!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check for a potassium deficiency!.When this starts drink some orange juice or eat a banana and then see how you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are some things that might be causing this!. One of them is an improper placing of the foot on the floor!. The soleus muscle, which runs between the two heads of the big calf muscle, often takes more of a beating than the larger muscle because it acts first when you use your calf muscles!. Stretching is the main prescription here!. Do wall pushups religiously -- several times a day and especially before and after walking!.

Also, try putting some heel lifts in your regular shoes as well as your running shoes!. You can find these in the footcare section of your local drug store or simply use makeup sponges!.

See if that works!. Or go to a orthoticist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
