I think I'm awake but I'm really sleeping?!


Question: I think I'm awake but I'm really sleeping!?
I wake up a lot every night these few days!. I think I am awake the whole time but really I'm sleeping in between and waking up lots of times!.

I don't know why but it just came suddenly!. My mom is telling me it's normal but when I wake up the morning, I can feel I'm tired and my chest is a bit tired!.

I'm exercising a lot every night before I sleep for training and I'm thinking it might be because of that!.

There are 5 stages off sleep,you are probably not allowing your body to fully relax & are only getting to the third stage where you mind is still active!.Hence the exercise,you should try to do this early afternoon rather before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Ans by any bad dreams
2!. Dont sleep with alone, sleep with ur mom
3!. Dont sleep in irrugular position(eg!. Do not sleep Downward By pressing u r chest in your bed)
4!. Sleep without any worries & tension
5!. Do any Excerise on morning or evaning in ur avalible times to make your body & mind get relax

have some chewing gum in your mouth it prevents sleeping!.it helps me in my night study!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
