I didn't break/dislocate anything, but I did pull my hamstring!.
Last year, I was in a school play (high school musical -- I know it's terrible, but it was fun) and we were doing a practice!. I was a dancer!. One of my moves was doing a handspring onto this girls shoulders (like a piggy back ride)!.
All would have been ok, if it wasn't for the fact that I misjuged her height and launched over, landed in a split!. That was fine, but then she fell on me and pushed my body down over my leg -- TeAr!!!
I crawled off the stage -- And everyone else kept dancing!

My husband broke his wrist walking UP the stairs!. He had his hand on the rail & tripped up a stair!. His body moved but his hand didn't!. He didn't really think it was funny though!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
