Sit upright in your chair with your arms at your sides!. Gently tilt your head aiming your right ear to your right shoulder!. At the same time gently push down with your left palm!. This stretches the left side of your neck!. After a few seconds of this do the same thing on the other side!. Alternate back and forth slowly!. This does wonders for my stress headaches, the ones that move from my head down to my neck and shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start drinking some water now!. Drink a glass every 20 - 30 minutes!.
Spend a few minutes to relax!. Breathing deeply can help!. Sit comfortably with your head up close your eyes and start thinking of something very pleasant, breath in, hold your breath for about 5 seconds, exhale; inhale, hold, exhale!. do that a few times!. It should help you to relax you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
