Question: What could this pain in my wrist be!?
okay I'm having pain in my wrist and it goes up to my thumb!. I type and text a lot, The pain stops me from vacuuming and cooking!. What could it be!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carpal tunnel is the infection in the sheathe that the tendon runs through, it does not "pop out" as one suggested but swells!. You can see in usually in the underside of the wrist, a lump!.
You can start wearing a wrist brace for this or use ice for the swelling and pain or change the way your doing, whatever it is with the wrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
