That is kinda crazy to ask don't you think!. I 'm a mother of 2 and I can tell you that I cannot believe that you are asking that!. My son broke his leg at daycare 4 weeks ago and I can tell you one thing I wish to GOD that it did not happen to him!. He is only 5 years old and I would give anything if it would not of happened to him!. It is so hard to see him sitting at home with me for the next 12 weeks!. He is not able to play, walk, run, hop, or just plain get out and walk around!. Frankly it is very heart breaking to see him that way!. Don't you find that funny that just to get a cast that you would rack up a huge hospital bill, put yourself through pain, and also risk breaking a bone that could not grow back properly or maybe even have to go and have surgery on it if it did not grow back right!. But then again, you could be very lucky and have the grace of god with you and he would not let anything like that happen or if it did just by chance it would be fine!. I sure hope that you don't do anything silly, but please think about what you are thinking about doing to yourself!. And also all of the bills that will acquire from the injury!. It's very difficult to just "break a bone" on purpose because your natural instinct towards self-preservation kicks in and it's damn near impossible to override it if your sane and sober!.
What I'd suggest is start doing risky and potentially dangerous activities which would increase the likelihood of injury!. Or you could just do activities which involve the fingers and hands such as woodworking, basketball, boxing, rock climbing, etc!. You'll eventually break something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not easy! i tried this last year i really wanted some time off work & had run out of excuses so i twisted my arm so my elbow faced outwards got a friend to hit with a aluminium baseball bat it hurt like crazy it took 8 solid whacks but it did break & result got 4 weeks off work fully paid!! but i warn u u gotta have a good pain barrier Www@Answer-Health@Com
TRUST ME U DON'T WANT A CAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't shower for two weeks, everyone was starring and making fun of me, I almost had 2 have surgery, I can't go to karate for 10 weeks, I have to go to physical therapy!. See my point!? I came close to breaking my arm/wrist, and I just slipped and fell!. Hurt like h3ll!. NOT WORTH IT I have a brace on my wrist and its itchy and uncomfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
