Well you depleted the oxygen in your muscles, and for two your muscles are not use to working out that hard!. So what you need to do is eat food high in iron, gatorade to restore that electrolytes, and keep on working that muscle to make it use to working that hard!. And have your wife ride it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's simply a combination of your muscles not being used to working so hard and lactic acid build up!. Unfortunately, all you can do is ride it out and keep working out, and it will all get better!. But make sure that you are eating right and are getting correct nutrients because often, when there is physical activity, your muscles get tiny tears!. But if you eat properly, your body can instantly heal this, and this will also help this pain to go away!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
