Tightness in my chest.......?!
Question: Tightness in my chest!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Having chest tightness!.!.!.im only a 13 year old girl! i can't believe im copping this now! Main tightness around heart area!.!.!.by the way!.!.!.!.i have been stressing out a lot lately!.!.!.!.but not able to breathe "freely" last 3 days!.!.!.had this for 3 days now!.!.!.!. when i breathe deep breaths it gets a bit better!.!.!.!.!.!.getting a tiny bit better slowly (with God's help!) Was born as a healthy baby and been pretty healthy all my life!.!.!.im a figure skater, and yeah!.!.!.i think i am healthy physically!.!.!.do skating twice a week!.!.!.!.is it probably stress!? also think it might be a muscle!?!? Been stressing with school and skating and yeah!.!.!.!.!.!.Any tips to relieving stress!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im almost 16 now, but when i was your age i had the same problem, i went to the doctor and he said there was nothing to worry about, because that is a common symptom of!.!.!. never guess what!.!.!. growing pains! yeah, even at that age your still growing, but dont worry, it should be over soon!.
