Answers:
Ice is more for swelling, actually heat will help loosen it up and make it feel a bit better!. I would get a hand towel, run it under hot water (not scalding) and lay that across it!. Aspirin will help with swelling and a good general pain reliever!. Give it a little time, if she still has extreme pain or anything looks broken, take her to the doc!. Heat works best for strain/sprain or general athletic type injury!. I hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think anytime you ice something it hurts!. She could try soaking it in epsom salt!. Fill a warm bath and pour epsom salt in it, you can buy it at Walmart!. If she fell on something metal she should really go to the Dr!. to get a tetanus shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice is the way to go!. She just needs to suck it up for the first minute and get over it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is scraped and bruised!. Tell her to keep it covered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
