I can't move my neck?!?!
Question: I can't move my neck!?!!?
It hurts to move my neck so I'm stuck with my head tilted slightly to the right!. I can't turn my head to the left because i get a really bad pain in my neck!. I've tried massaging the area and I've tried to move my neck around in case it would make it better but it's still the same!.
Mu mum says its because I slept wrong last night!.

I would definitely go to the doctor to check that out if you can't move your neck at all!. It could be because you slept wrong but there are also different reasons!. For example, my mom ended up not being able to move her neck once and resulted that she had some kind of viral infection or something in her neck, so go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You most likely just have a trapped nerve (it's what you get when you sleep in a strange position)!. I usually get the same when I sleep a weirdly, like if I lean on my neck ^^ It's nothing to worry about, it'll most likely clear up in the morning! X3Www@Answer-Health@Com
