I was on Vicodin 10/325 for 4 years!. I went cold turkey and the withdrawals lasted 72 hours, but I found it hard to sleep for about a week!.

While Vicodin and its metabolites will clear your system in about 72 hours, withdrawal symptoms, which typically include lethargy, sleeplessness, increased pain (if your were using it for pain relief), possibly excessive sweating!. No sounds like something else (I have a high tolerance) But it didn't take me any more then a week to get over taking oxy's I'd talk to a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
