In the mean time before going to see a doctor!.!.get some ice and a plastic bag and place ice pack on your knee!.!.if you have aspricreme or any lotion pain reliever use this also!.!.
Place your ice in a plastic wrap and put 6 ice cubes to a 61/2 by 11
