What is wrong with me?! (dizzy, fainting, nausea, headaches..please help me)?!


Question: What is wrong with me!?! (dizzy, fainting, nausea, headaches!.!.please help me)!?
So ive been exercising a lot this week and eating 1200-1400 calories a day all healthy!.!.!.low fat/no fat foods, lots of fruits, lots of veggies, grilled boneless skinless chicken, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread, whole wheats, kashi crackers!. no fast foods/no restaurants/no greasy!.

and yesterday I woke up and had a 90 cal granola bar and then I blacked out!. thats never happened before to me!. im really scared!. and EVERYTIME I stand up I get so dizzy and cold sweat and I almost pass out like before!. but i havent actually since ysterday!.

and today its the same thing!. i feel so !.!.!.weak!. I have a real bad headache now, and dizziness, and i feel sooo nauseous!.

what could this be!?!!?
today ive ate well!.!.low fat pancakes (280 cal), 3 egg whites with broccoli (90 cal), organic cookie (100 cal), one pear, handful of grapes, handful of pretzel nuggets!.

HELP I dont feel good at all!.

check your blood pressure,if it's low go and see a doctor,if it's ok try to eat more protein!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.many pharmacy have the blood pressure machine,anyway it's a good thing to go and see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

1200-1400 cals is not enough, especially if you are working out!. sounds like you need to increase caloric intake and make sure you are well hydrated!. You need AT LEAST 2000 cals a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fat is necessary part of diet!. It is used to build chemical messengers and cell membranes as well as other things in your body!. It is important to still eat fat!.

As far as feeling sick, if this is your first week of dieting and exercising your may be overdoing it slightly!. Try taking a 2 day break from the exercises and eat more like you would normally for a day!. Make sure your taking vitamins daily!. If it still persists, see your doctor!. It is also important to be drinking a lot of water, which could cause the majority of the symptoms you have - just by not drinking enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
