How can you tell you broke a bone in your leg?!

Question: How can you tell you broke a bone in your leg!?
I have the worst pains walking, which is strange because the hurt has been coming from a little bit in the back of my left leg!. It's about 6-7 inches under my knee!. I got it by playing soccer by being slide tackled 4 times, and being kicked in that spot regularly!. It does not feel like a bruise because it hurts really bad to walk and even stand!. Could it be a pulled muscle!? Does anyone know what I should do to help or what I should do if it is indeed broken!?

I also kept playing right after the pain started, which was excruciating, and he made me go back in even though I was hurting! I am also required to run fast, which I do, and it hurts even more! I even took a warm bath and it made it hurt more!

HELP!

(P!.S!. Every year since I was about 6-7 I have broken a bone!. Is it just a weak bone!? It really HURTS!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Either way go to the hospital, you shouldn't be walking on it!. If it is broken and left untreated, you can cause it to become deformed and it won't be good to walk on!. My advice, go to emerge, explain what happened and they can do x rays and actually tell you if it's broken!.

If it isn't than no harm done!. They may be able to give you advice if it's just a pulled muscle!. But to be on the cautious side, go see the doctor!.

It might not be broken, but just to be sure, I'd get it x-rayed or get to the hospital!. Even if its not broken, something else could be wrong with it, so I'd get it checked out!. You might need a little bit of physical therapy to help it get back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be 3 things that I can think of!.

One being a stress reaction meaning there could be a crack in your bone but it hasn't broken

Two: compartment syndrome!. My friend got it from getting kicked repeatedly even with shin guards on!. It hurt more when she ran then when she was just sitting around!.

Three: Shin Splints!. You would need to ice your shins down!.

In any of the 3 cases you should go see a doctor so they can treat you!. Both a Stress Reaction and Compartment Syndrome can be very serious!. If you don't know what they are Google them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
