Question: Running and getting intense pains in back of my foot; any help!?
I have just started running for about 10 days now and 2 days ago I started getting intense pains in my achilles tendon and the right and left back sides of both of my feet!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, it is your achilles tendon, it is probably swollen or strained!. you need to rest and let it heal before you cause permanent damage to it!.
A good way to stretch it is to put your toes up against a wall with your heel on the floor and slowly lean into the wall and hold it!. You should use some ice and heat to help with inflamation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
