Question: Does punching my canker soar slow healing process!?
Its been there for like a week now!. I get really irritated and punch/squeeze it ( it makes it not hurt afterwards) I feel as though im teaching it a lesson!. But is this slowing the healing process!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ouch! Dont pinch it!. That will only make it worse!! Go to walmart or something and in the dental section there is something called Kanka!. Get some of that and put it on there!. It will sting but then it will put a protective cover over the sore and it will heal it fast!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
