when you see someone smoking on tv cn you smell it!. it probably sounds bizzarre but im watching the worlds most strictest parents, and the two kids have just had a cigarette and now i can smell smoke and really feel like one!.!.!.!.!.!. i havent had a cigarette in 2 years so its not like i just quit and still thinking about it loads!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Years ago when i had been stopped for 4 years, I was going around at work with a miserable look on my face because we had been to a works party the weekend before and I had smoked three cigarettes!. Someone asked me what was wrong and I told them!. The person looked confused and then said!.!.!.but, we didn't have a party last weekend! I had dreamt it!
I believed I had smoked for 3 days when I hadn't! So just remember, it is a strong addiction you are overcoming and don't be surprised of your brain tries to fool you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
