It could be lots of things, but one of the least likely is appendicitis, as the appendix is more commonly located to the right of the midpoint!. If it's just inside the iliac crest, it could be something ovarian, though with the lower-back pain, kidneys are not a bad guess!.
How to tell: stand up very straight, elevate your ribcage and lightly tap under your lowest rib, just on the side!. If that gives you a little zing, you have at least a kidney inflammation, possibly an infection!.
Though you should definitely see your doctor for this condition, there are a few things you can do in the meanwhile, to get started on healing it!. A--push fluids, to rinse the kidneys and prevent clogging, which often happens with inflammation!. B--Overdose on vitamin C--I'd use at least a 400 IU dosage morning and night--and stay out of the sun!. The C goes right through you without the influence of UV, which will acidize the urine, thus making the kidney unwelcoming to bacteria!. And don't be taking any Tylenol for the pain till you get the okay from your doctor, as Tylenol does have some varied effect on the kidneys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in over 99% of human beings the appendix is on the right side of the body!. the pain usually concentrates in that area, but can vary and change location!. so i don't think it's appendicitis, although only a doctor examining you could say so for sure!.
and for future reference: if you believe you might have appendicitis don't waste your time taking a poll on the internet - GO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like compacted feces, you need take some laxatives, or perhaps do a course of colonic irrigation!.

Your appendix is on the top right hand side of your belly just below the rib cage!. And if you had a problem with it you would be in too much pain to use a computerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your appendix is on your right hand side so it's unlikely to be that!. It could be a urinary infection as that can cause pain in the lower back and abdomen!.
Check it out with your doctor as any unspecific abdominal pain should be checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

definitely go to your doctor it could be your appendix, if it is you really really need to go to the doctor, i know a few people who almost died from an appendix rupture!. but it could be something else so just to be sure go to you doctor so you wont have to worryWww@Answer-Health@Com
