Question: Ok, so im 16 right now and i have a dislocating knee problem!. BOTH my knees !?
Both my left and right knee cap dislocates!. Im 16 and this has been happening for about 3-4 years now !.I have been to a doctor and im scheduled for an MRI!. But i wanted to know if anyone knows how long i should be resting my knees before walking on it all day and gettin back to playing sports!.
and when it pops its go ALL THE WAY TO THE SIDE AND KILLLS LIKE A B****!.!.!.!.its like NOOO OTHER PAIN lol!.!.after the "Pop" it swells up like crazy!.!.!.and is SOOO STIF i cant even bend it properly, or put any weight on it!. even as im writtin this my legs KILLLINNNG!.!.!.it jus poped again yesturday and im in alllllottt of pain!.!.!.OO also ive had an xray done but that showed nothing!.!.!.can anyone help me outt!?!?!?sugestions to ease the pain!?!.!.swelling!.!.!.anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscle are either really imbalanced or really weak!. Either way, you need to do PT (very preferably with a physical therapist) to fix that (unless you have an even larger problem)!. To ease pain and swelling take some ibuprofen and ice it!. The most important thing is to communicate with your doctor and get that taken care of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The MRI's are the best bet!. This will tell you what has to be done!. I have a suspicion that your involved with child hood arthritis or Rheumatism!. It sounds like it could be bad!. Don't expect to much when they find out the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Runners (jumpers) knee is quite common and no an xray will show nothing!. I use a brace, I actually found a good one on sale at my local drug store!.
