There have been innumerable studies on this topic!. With a little sleeplessness, the brain doesn't function as well!. With total sleep deprivation, the body will actually die!. Keep trying to deprive yourself, and the brain will insist on it, taking micro-naps!. Lots of accidents are the result of this!.

Every living creature sleeps, from insects to elephants!. Sleep is absolutely necessary to life, and no creature has been able to evolve to not need it!. Dolphins and many fish sleep with half of their brain at a time to avoid predators!. Sleep is a fascinating subject!.

Sweet dreams!.!.!.
