Bruising On Blood thinners?!
Question: Bruising On Blood thinners!?
I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and I take lovenox a blood thinner for blod clots!.!.!. well like instantly two brusies on my thigh showed up and were painful to walk!.!.!. I don't remember hitting anything, but anything I can do for the pain or bruising!.!.!. or what's going on!? Can brusing on my leg lead to interal bleeding that could affect the baby!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please call your obstetrician and check this out with him!.!.!.!.!.it probably has something to do with the Lovenox, but you need to be seen by your doctor to be sure!.!.!.don't wait!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
not likely, lovenox is a low dose blood thinner!. bruising easily however is very common on this medication!. If you are really concerned give your OB a call during office hours!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
