How to heal an ear infection from an ear piercing?!

I think I may have a small ear infection from an ear piercing!. I have had the piercing about 2 months but my second hole in my right ear hurts when I turn it in the hole and that area of my ear is a bit sore!. It doesn't bleed when I change earrings although I did find a little dried blood behind my ear the other day that had dried between the backings of my 2 earrings!.

Does this sound like an ear infection!? I think it is but the ear does not bleed when I mess with it and it is not swollen!. It is just a bit sore if I try moving my earring in the hole and stuff like that!. How do I help it heal again and how long will it approximately take!? Thanx in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com
