I have lower right side of the stomach pain?!

Question: I have lower right side of the stomach pain!?

through out the past 3 days i would say i have been having this pain its about an inch away from my hip on my right side!. The pain is sharp and it comes and goes through out the whole day!. During sex it hurts as well!. I have an IUD im not sure if that has anything to do with my pain!. My family hasn't been having to much of good luck so i dont want to say anything if its nothing!. what could if be!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be several things!. Pelvic pain can be found in many disorders such as: Irritable Bowl Syndrome or gas pain, Appendicitis (Though in later stages might have a fever), ovulation causes a twinge of pain sometimes for a few days (middleschmertz), ectopic pregnancy, pulled muscle, just weird pms symptoms with the headaches and strange abdominal pain, ovarian cyst, pcos, a lower back problem causing hip pain, chlamydia and similar STDS, yeast infection, bacterial vaginal infection, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease!.!.!.!.

Possible connection between IUD and PID that I discovered:
