Could this be a kidney infection or something?!

Question: Could this be a kidney infection or something!?
Hello, I just want to say that I feel a fate worse than death right now, so if this doesn't make much sense, it's because I'm currently somewhat incoherent!.

Anyway, my last period was 8/28 and my next one is due on 9/24!. Initially, I thought I might be pregnant, but i've taken 2 pregnancy tests (today and yesterday) and they were both negative!.

For about a week now, I've been getting sick to my stomach fairly often!. And for the past 2 days, I've been feeling this kind of!.!.!.!. twitching pain/pressure behind my pelvic bone!. I think it might be my ureter b/c it hurts worse when i use the bathroom!. I've been getting mild period cramps, but this is something completely different that I've never felt before!. I've needed to pee a little more often, and when I feel the urge, I need to go then!. It has looked a little cloudier than normal & it's kind of bubbly (don't know if that matters)!.

I'm going to make a dr's appointment if I'm not feeling better by morning, but I don't know how soon they'll be able to see me!. Whenever my ob/gyn is out of the office, they stick me with this snotty midwife whose answer for everything is "Take an Advil"!. She never examines me, just asks me what my symptoms are and tells me to take Advil!. I'm not wasting money on her again!. I know you're not doctors, but what do you think it could be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
