A basic course will teach you what they are (records for a patient), when to make or add to a medical record, what goes in there etc
At the other end is a coding type course in which you will learn how to code records (so a broken leg is 1234, a cold is 4567!.!.!.) as well as manage records and a department!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
