Question: What could be wrong with my foot!?
basically the tendant at the back of my foot (Where it is attached) was extremely sore for a few days then i decided to feel why it was so sore, and there is a small dump!. I wasnt wearing tight shoes, and they werent hard on the back of my feet, they were flimsy and soft!.!.!.I just dont understand why all of a sudden it hurt so bad to the point where it was even painful to walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have achilles tendonitis!. Does it hurt more when you flex your foot!? Try putting an ice pack on it twice a day and taking Advil!. Stay off it as much as possible for a week or two!. If it doesn't start to feel better, explore other options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
