I've never had migraines before, now I get them every two weeks?!
Question: I've never had migraines before, now I get them every two weeks!?
I'm 17 and I have never had a migraine before in my life, and suddenly this summer I got one!. Ever since then I get one every two weeks or so!. My mom and brother get them, but usually you have migraines you're whole life, right!?
Also, they are super short migraines Like 5 hrs (sometimes less)!. I don't know if it's just the medicine that I take for them (borrowing my mom's meds) that's making them shorter and less intense, but the migraines don't hurt very bad!. It's definitely a migraine though, cause I get the "aura" before (seeing spots of light and tunnel vision)!.
I started running this summer, do you think that's what started it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running in high heat can make you get headaches!. Also if you are not keeping hydrated or your breathing pattern is not sufficient!. Do you wear glasses!? You may need an eye exam!. If you're straining your eyes to see you may be causing your migraines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
