What should I do about a a recent and sudden pain in my leg?!

Question: What should I do about a a recent and sudden pain in my leg!?
I was running which is a normal thing for me to do, I had stretched earlier on and did everything as I've done a thousand times, at the halfway point of my run I always take a break (top of "hill") this time when I started my run again I didn't get ten steps when I felt a "pop" in the rear of my leg halfway between my knee and my buttocks!. What could this be!? I don't have health insurance and am afraid I will require an MRI which I can't afford, If I have to I will go to the E!.R!. but at this point I'm thinking of waiting a few days to see if it goes away by doing this am I risking further injury also!? I know I can't get "medical" advice but maybe others have had a similar experience and would have a recommended course of action!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sound like you pulled or tore a muscle!. There not much you can do for that except give it time to heal!.If it swollen or your having pain try putting an ice pack on it for 15 mins and wait 30 mins then put a heating pad on it for 15 minute and keep rotating them!. it should help with swelling and the pain if you don't see an improvement in 24to48 hours go to the doctor
Good luck!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
