usually an earache is caused by an infection inside the ear!. you can take tylenol- it will help with the pain- but it wont clear up an infection!. so, i would get a doctor to look at it, you don't want to leave an ear infection untreated for long- it could destroy your hearing!. take care of it as soon as you can!. ok!? good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
