Question: What is a safe amount of pain relievers to take at a time!?
I have a knee injury (torn cartilage) and was given 600mg of motrin!. It says to take 1 every 6 hours but I have to take atleast 2 for it to take effect!. What is the max amount to take at a time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was taking 1200 mg a day with other pain meds, but that was for a much more severe condition, and dosages higer than what is listed on the OTC bottle shouldn't be taken without discussing with your doctor first!. Seriously, dont deviate on medication dosages perscribed by a doctor based on Yahoo Answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should only take what the bottle says , if it doesn't work double up intill you see your doctor , Mortin isn't going to hurt be aware of the really serious pain pills!.!.!.!. thats something you should be teallly catious of Www@Answer-Health@Com
