Pain in my left lower pelvic?!

Question: Pain in my left lower pelvic!?

Could this be related to my Ovaries!? It has been hurting for 3 days!.!.!. I have this sharp pain and then i have been gassy!.!.!. I was reading on Ovaries problems and gas is one of the issues!.!.!. im not on my period!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be pressure from gas but more likely an ovarian cyst or uti!. you don't need to have sex to get a uti or kidney infection it's just more common that way!. see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
