My knee keeps clicking when i get up, is that normal?!
Question: My knee keeps clicking when i get up, is that normal!?
Everytime i go down on the floor, using my knees to bend down rather than my back to pick something up like a coin, when i get back up, both my knees usually make clicking noises, they are quite loud!. Its not embarrasing or anything, they dont even hurt, and i don't even feel them clicking!.
Is that a problem!? I usually do weights and do squats and lunges on average 3 times a week, so my legs and knees and joints have gotten stronger,would this mean i have nothing to worry about!?

it's fairly common and normal it happens to me i click just about everywhere it just means there is air between our bone and that our joints are abit stiff just stretch or do light exercising more often it should ease your bones/joints abit more if your knee or joints start to hurt see a doctor but at the moment it sounds normal and fine to me Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am a big dude, 6'3 225, lift every day and I had the same problem in my left knee, after a while a friend made the remark that my ACL was torn!. I said no way, but he was so sure!. I made an appointment and guess what, he was right!. Seems that the "clicking noise" was the due to the instability of my left knee!. I also have torn cartliage!. Not saying that this is your issue, but if it walks like a duck!.!.!.!.you know the rest!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
